I was fairly nervous about having to go to traffic court given the nature of my job & how things could have gone wrong. So, after reading some reviews & getting a price point I chose Mr. Deane & I am glad that I did. Mr. Deane exemplified the utmost professionalism & understanding of the law especially given the oddity of the circumstance. On the court day he laid out our options which gave me peace of mind. Ultimately in the end he was able to get me a favorable outcome which was a huge relief. If you have to go to court, I'd highly recommend him on both price & knowledge.

Dean did such a good job representing me in traffic court back in 2023. He got me out of jail time for a reckless speeding ticket. He knew exactly what I needed to do before the court date and it all worked. I feel safe with him!

First I would like to apologize for not being more expedient in posting your review. David in my opinion is arguably the best traffic court lawyer in the area. He represented me for a reckless driving charge I had back in August of this year. From our initial contact on my court date in the Arlington Courtroom i had a comfort level with him. He possessed a pleasant demeanor and was very approachable. He was able to negotiate my reckless driving charge down to a speeding ticket charge. His fee was very reasonable and doable for my budget. Should you experience being charged with Reckless Driving like I did i highly recommend David Deane Attorney at Law you won’t regret it.

I found David from a google search, and gave him a call and immediately hired him. He was up front about everything and very transparent from day 1. He turned what was an unfortunate life changing event into something that was even less than a bump in the road. You can tell that David is one of those guys that doesn’t let anything in the way of his vision. For more than a reasonable price, I am more than confident that David will in fact exceed any expectations you have leading up to a case as well.
